#### 118PD External auditors (1) The ACCC may, by writing, authorise a specified individual to be an external auditor for the purposes of this Division. > Note 1: For specification by class, see subsection 33(3AB) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901. > Note 2: For variation and revocation, see subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901. (2) An authorisation under subsection (1) is not a legislative instrument.
