#### 117 Licensees must keep records of authorisations A licensee of an apparatus licence who authorises a person under section 114 must: (a) cause a copy of the authorisation to be kept in Australia; and (b) retain the copy for at least one year after the authorisation ceases to be in force. Civil penalty: 20 penalty units.
