71 Infringement notices
For the purposes of section 70A of the Act –
(a) an offence against a provision specified in column 2 of the table in Schedule 2 is prescribed as an infringement offence for which an infringement notice may be issued and served; and
(b) the penalty specified in column 3 of the table in Schedule 2 is prescribed as the penalty payable for the corresponding offence specified in column 2 of that table.
