63 Fees

(1)  For the purposes of the Act, and subject to regulation 64 , the fees specified in Schedule 1 are prescribed as the fees payable for the matters to which they relate.

(2)  For the purposes of Schedule 1 , a gauge or other measuring device that is portable and contains multiple sealed sources is to be treated as a single sealed source.
