28 Plumbing standards
A person who disposes of radioactive material into a sewer from premises must ensure that –
(a) the plumbing in the premises is in good condition; and
(b) there are no low points in the plumbing in the premises, other than those required under the Building Act 2016 , in which the radioactive material could collect.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 250 penalty units.
