Tasmania regulation
This instrument brings amendments to the Radiation Protection Regulations 2016 into force on the day the Building Act 2016 commences (reg 2). It does not itself create new radiation rules; it formally links the amendment to the Principal Regulations and records that the change has been incorporated into the authorised version (regs 3–4). It affects persons and businesses subject to the Radiation Protection Regulations 2016 by fixing when those amendments take legal effect.
