Tasmania regulation
This statutory instrument amends the Radiation Protection Regulations 2016 to implement fee-related changes and updates to that regulatory instrument. It takes effect seven days after its Gazette notice (reg 2), and the amendment has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Principal Regulations (reg 4). It is administered by the Department of Health and Human Services and therefore affects persons and entities regulated under the Radiation Protection Regulations.

These regulations may be cited as the Radiation Protection Amendment (Fees) Regulations 2016 .
These regulations take effect on the seventh day after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Radiation Protection Regulations 2016 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Radiation Protection Regulations 2016 .
