123 Regulations may exempt people, radiation sources etc (1) A regulation may exempt a person, a radiation source or a dealing with a radiation source from this Act. Note A reference to an Act includes a reference to a provision of an Act (see Legislation Act, s 7 (3)). (2) An exemption may be conditional.
