Subdivision 2 Duties of licensees and other persons acting under licences Radiation Protection Act 2004 9 (3) In addition, if another person involved in carrying out the procedure (other than the treated person) receives a dose of radiation in carrying out the procedure, the person carrying out the procedure must ensure the dose received by the other person is not higher than the dose limit prescribed by the Regulations. Maximum penalty: 1 000 penalty units.
