47D Reporting (1) The operator for a mining site must give information relating to this Part as prescribed by the Regulations to the following persons: (a) the CEO of ARPANSA within the meaning of the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Act 1998 (Cth); (b) the Chief Health Officer. Maximum penalty: If the offender is a natural person – 100 penalty units. If the offender is a body corporate – 500 penalty units. (2) For subsection (1), information relating to this Part includes radiation exposure information.
