47 Holder of authority to give notice of prescribed change The holder of an authority must, within 14 days after a change in any of the particulars contained in the authority happens, give written notice to the Chief Health Officer of the change. Maximum penalty: If the offender is a natural person – 20 penalty units. If the offender is a body corporate – 100 penalty units.
