22 Inspection of radiation place (1) This section applies if, under a condition of an authority, the holder is required to have a radiation place to which the authority relates inspected for compliance with the applicable code of practice. (2) The holder must ensure the inspection is carried out at the times required by the condition by the holder of a certificate of accreditation authorised to carry out work on the radiation source used to carry out a radiation practice at the place.
