sec.91 Decision on application
If the commission grants an application for a racing bookmaker’s licence, the commission must give the applicant the licence. If the commission refuses to grant an application for a racing bookmaker’s licence, the commission must give the applicant an information notice about the decision. s 91 amd 2016 No. 62 s 344 (sec.91-ssec.1) If the commission grants an application for a racing bookmaker’s licence, the commission must give the applicant the licence.
