sec.86 Conditions for granting application
The commission may grant the application only if the commission is satisfied— the applicant is a suitable person to hold a racing bookmaker’s licence; and each business associate and executive associate of the applicant is a suitable person to be associated with the applicant. s 86 amd 2016 No. 62 s 341
- (a) the applicant is a suitable person to hold a racing bookmaker’s licence; and
- (b) each business associate and executive associate of the applicant is a suitable person to be associated with the applicant.
