sec.58 Standards for codes of racing
The commission may make a standard for a code of racing if— the standard is required under this Act or a Ministerial direction; or the commission reasonably believes it is good management to have the standard. A regulation may prescribe that the commission must make a standard for a particular matter and the provisions to be included in the standard for the matter. (sec.58-ssec.1) The commission may make a standard for a code of racing if— the standard is required under this Act or a Ministerial direction; or the commission reasonably believes it is good management to have the standard. (sec.58-ssec.2) A regulation may prescribe that the commission must make a standard for a particular matter and the provisions to be included in the standard for the matter.
