sec.47 Draft strategic and operational plans
Before 31 March each year, the commission must prepare, and give to the Minister, a draft strategic plan and a draft operational plan for the next financial year. The commission and the Minister must try to reach agreement on the draft plans as soon as possible and, in any event, not later than the start of the financial year.
