sec.45 Annual report
The annual report for a financial year must contain details of the operations of the commission during the financial year. Without limiting subsection (1) , the annual report must contain the following— a review of the work undertaken by the commission during the financial year; and proposals, if any, for improving the operations of the commission; and a forecast of the work of the commission for the following financial year. In this section— annual report means the commission’s annual report under the Financial Accountability Act 2009 . (sec.45-ssec.1) The annual report for a financial year must contain details of the operations of the commission during the financial year. (sec.45-ssec.2) Without limiting subsection (1) , the annual report must contain the following— a review of the work undertaken by the commission during the financial year; and proposals, if any, for improving the operations of the commission; and a forecast of the work of the commission for the following financial year. (sec.45-ssec.3) In this section— annual report means the commission’s annual report under the Financial Accountability Act 2009 .
