sec.280 Who is a transferable employee
A transferable employee is a person— who, immediately before the commencement, was an employee of the board; and whose name is stated in the employee register as an employee to be transferred to the commission.
- (a) who, immediately before the commencement, was an employee of the board; and
- (b) whose name is stated in the employee register as an employee to be transferred to the commission.
