sec.258 Delegations
The Minister may delegate the Minister’s powers under this Act to the chief executive, the commissioner or an appropriately qualified person. The chief executive may delegate the following to an appropriately qualified person— the chief executive’s powers under this Act; a power delegated to the chief executive under subsection (1) . s 258 amd 2022 No. 24 s 19 (sec.258-ssec.1) The Minister may delegate the Minister’s powers under this Act to the chief executive, the commissioner or an appropriately qualified person. (sec.258-ssec.2) The chief executive may delegate the following to an appropriately qualified person— the chief executive’s powers under this Act; a power delegated to the chief executive under subsection (1) .
- (a) the chief executive’s powers under this Act;
- (b) a power delegated to the chief executive under subsection (1) .
