sec.253 Betting under this Act is lawful
If betting on the outcome of a race or sporting contingency is conducted under this Act, the betting is lawful. Subsection (1) does not limit the Wagering Act 1998 . (sec.253-ssec.1) If betting on the outcome of a race or sporting contingency is conducted under this Act, the betting is lawful. (sec.253-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not limit the Wagering Act 1998 .
