sec.252BH Resignation
A member may resign by signed notice given to the Minister. The resignation takes effect on— the day the notice is given; or if a later day is stated in the notice—the later day. s 252BH ins 2022 No. 24 s 24 (sec.252BH-ssec.1) A member may resign by signed notice given to the Minister.
