sec.252BF Conditions of appointment
A member is appointed under this Act and not the Public Service Act 2008 . Each member— is entitled to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Governor in Council; and holds office on the conditions stated in the member’s instrument of appointment. s 252BF ins 2022 No. 24 s 24 (sec.252BF-ssec.1) A member is appointed under this Act and not the Public Service Act 2008 .
