sec.252AT Staying operation of racing decision
The applicant for a panel review application may apply to the panel for a stay of the operation of the racing decision to which the application relates. The panel may stay the operation of the racing decision to secure the effectiveness of the review of the decision by the panel. The panel may stay the operation of the racing decision on the conditions, and for the period, decided by the panel. However, the period of the stay must not extend past the time when the panel decides the panel review application. s 252AT ins 2022 No. 24 s 24 (sec.252AT-ssec.1) The applicant for a panel review application may apply to the panel for a stay of the operation of the racing decision to which the application relates.
