sec.252AP Evidence before panel
For deciding a panel review application, the panel may— require a person to give evidence on oath or affirmation; or take evidence from a person on oath or affirmation; or administer an oath or affirmation to a person. The panel may permit a person to give evidence on oath or affirmation by tendering a written statement verified by oath or affirmation. s 252AP ins 2022 No. 24 s 24 (sec.252AP-ssec.1) For deciding a panel review application, the panel may— require a person to give evidence on oath or affirmation; or take evidence from a person on oath or affirmation; or administer an oath or affirmation to a person. (sec.252AP-ssec.2) The panel may permit a person to give evidence on oath or affirmation by tendering a written statement verified by oath or affirmation.
