sec.252AO Conducting review generally
In deciding a panel review application, the panel— must act with impartiality; and must observe the rules of natural justice; and is not bound by the rules of evidence; and may inform itself in any way it considers appropriate. Subject to this part, the procedure for deciding a panel review application is at the discretion of the panel. s 252AO ins 2022 No. 24 s 24 (sec.252AO-ssec.1) In deciding a panel review application, the panel— must act with impartiality; and must observe the rules of natural justice; and is not bound by the rules of evidence; and may inform itself in any way it considers appropriate. (sec.252AO-ssec.2) Subject to this part, the procedure for deciding a panel review application is at the discretion of the panel.
