sec.229 Appointments and authority
The following must be presumed unless a party to the proceeding, by reasonable notice, requires proof of it— the appointment of the commissioner, a deputy commissioner or an authorised officer; the power of the chief executive or a person mentioned in paragraph (a) to do anything under this Act.
