sec.21 Resignation
The commissioner or a deputy commissioner may resign the commissioner’s or deputy commissioner’s office by giving the Minister a signed letter of resignation. The resignation takes effect when the Minister receives the resignation or, if a later day is stated in the letter, the later day.
