sec.20 Vacancy in office
The office of the commissioner becomes vacant if the commissioner— ceases to be eligible to be the commissioner under section 16 ; or resigns under section 21 ; or is removed from office under section 22 . The office of a deputy commissioner becomes vacant if the deputy commissioner— ceases to be eligible to be a deputy commissioner under section 16 ; or resigns under section 21 ; or is removed from office under section 22 . (sec.20-ssec.1) The office of the commissioner becomes vacant if the commissioner— ceases to be eligible to be the commissioner under section 16 ; or resigns under section 21 ; or is removed from office under section 22 . (sec.20-ssec.2) The office of a deputy commissioner becomes vacant if the deputy commissioner— ceases to be eligible to be a deputy commissioner under section 16 ; or resigns under section 21 ; or is removed from office under section 22 .
