sec.178 Seizing evidence at a place that may be entered without consent or warrant
An authorised officer who enters a place the authorised officer may enter under this Act without the consent of an occupier of the place and without a warrant may seize a thing at the place if the authorised officer reasonably believes the thing is evidence of— an animal welfare offence; or another offence against this Act or the Racing Act .
- (a) an animal welfare offence; or
- (b) another offence against this Act or the Racing Act .
