sec.174 Application of division
The powers under this division may be exercised if an authorised officer— enters a place under section 154 (1) (a) , (c) or (d) ; or stops or moves a vehicle under division 1 . However, if the authorised officer enters under section 154 (1) (a) or (c) , the powers under this division are subject to any conditions of the consent or terms of the warrant. (sec.174-ssec.1) The powers under this division may be exercised if an authorised officer— enters a place under section 154 (1) (a) , (c) or (d) ; or stops or moves a vehicle under division 1 . (sec.174-ssec.2) However, if the authorised officer enters under section 154 (1) (a) or (c) , the powers under this division are subject to any conditions of the consent or terms of the warrant.
