sec.170 Application of division
This division applies if an authorised officer reasonably suspects, or is aware, that a thing in or on a vehicle may provide evidence of the commission of— an animal welfare offence; or another offence against this Act or the Racing Act .
- (a) an animal welfare offence; or
- (b) another offence against this Act or the Racing Act .
