sec.17 Functions of commissioner
The main functions of the commissioner are— to ensure the effective and efficient administration and operation of the commission and the performance of its functions; and to manage the staff of the commission in accordance with the requirements of this Act and the Public Sector Act 2022 . The commissioner’s functions also include any other function given to the commissioner under this Act or another Act. s 17 amd 2022 No. 34 s 365 sch 3 (sec.17-ssec.1) The main functions of the commissioner are— to ensure the effective and efficient administration and operation of the commission and the performance of its functions; and to manage the staff of the commission in accordance with the requirements of this Act and the Public Sector Act 2022 . (sec.17-ssec.2) The commissioner’s functions also include any other function given to the commissioner under this Act or another Act.
