sec.16 Persons eligible to be commissioner or deputy commissioner
A person is eligible to be the commissioner or a deputy commissioner if the person— is an eligible individual within the meaning of the Racing Act ; and is not, and has not been in the previous 2 years, a member or employee of a control body; and is not, and has not been in the previous 2 years, an executive officer of a corporation that is an approved control body.
- (a) is an eligible individual within the meaning of the Racing Act ; and
- (b) is not, and has not been in the previous 2 years, a member or employee of a control body; and
- (c) is not, and has not been in the previous 2 years, an executive officer of a corporation that is an approved control body.
