sec.152 Reference to exercise of powers
If— a provision of this chapter refers to the exercise of power by an authorised officer; and there is no reference to a specific power; the reference is to the exercise of all or any authorised officers’ powers under this Act or a warrant, to the extent the powers are relevant.
- (a) a provision of this chapter refers to the exercise of power by an authorised officer; and
- (b) there is no reference to a specific power;
