sec.148 Resignation
An authorised officer may resign by signed notice given to the commissioner. However, if holding office as an authorised officer is a condition of the authorised officer holding another office, the authorised officer may not resign as an authorised officer without resigning from the other office. (sec.148-ssec.1) An authorised officer may resign by signed notice given to the commissioner. (sec.148-ssec.2) However, if holding office as an authorised officer is a condition of the authorised officer holding another office, the authorised officer may not resign as an authorised officer without resigning from the other office.
