sec.144 Functions of authorised officers
An authorised officer has the following functions— to investigate, monitor and enforce compliance with this Act or the Racing Act ; to investigate or monitor whether an occasion has arisen for the exercise of powers under this Act or the Racing Act ; to facilitate the exercise of powers under this Act or the Racing Act .
