sec.133 Notice to commission of decisions
This section applies if the Minister decides to— cancel an offcourse approval under section 129 ; or censure the racing bookmaker under section 132 . The Minister must give the commission and each control body notice of the decision. (sec.133-ssec.1) This section applies if the Minister decides to— cancel an offcourse approval under section 129 ; or censure the racing bookmaker under section 132 . (sec.133-ssec.2) The Minister must give the commission and each control body notice of the decision.
