sec.131 Automatic cancellation or suspension of offcourse approval
Subsection (2) applies if— a person’s racing bookmaker’s licence is cancelled; and the person is the holder of an offcourse approval. On the cancellation of the licence, the offcourse approval is cancelled. Subsection (4) applies if— a person’s racing bookmaker’s licence is suspended; and the person is the holder of an offcourse approval. On the suspension of the licence, the offcourse approval is suspended. (sec.131-ssec.1) Subsection (2) applies if— a person’s racing bookmaker’s licence is cancelled; and the person is the holder of an offcourse approval. (sec.131-ssec.2) On the cancellation of the licence, the offcourse approval is cancelled. (sec.131-ssec.3) Subsection (4) applies if— a person’s racing bookmaker’s licence is suspended; and the person is the holder of an offcourse approval. (sec.131-ssec.4) On the suspension of the licence, the offcourse approval is suspended.
