sec.128 Ending show cause process without further action
If, after considering the submissions for the show cause notice, the Minister no longer believes a ground exists to cancel the offcourse approval, the Minister must— take no further action about the show cause notice; and give to the following a notice that no further action about the show cause notice is to be taken— the racing bookmaker; the commission.
- (a) take no further action about the show cause notice; and
- (b) give to the following a notice that no further action about the show cause notice is to be taken— (i) the racing bookmaker; (ii) the commission.
