sec.120 Decision on application
The Minister must consider the application and decide to— grant the offcourse approval; or refuse to grant the offcourse approval. A grant of an offcourse approval is subject to the mandatory conditions, and may be subject to other conditions imposed by the Minister. (sec.120-ssec.1) The Minister must consider the application and decide to— grant the offcourse approval; or refuse to grant the offcourse approval. (sec.120-ssec.2) A grant of an offcourse approval is subject to the mandatory conditions, and may be subject to other conditions imposed by the Minister.
- (a) grant the offcourse approval; or
- (b) refuse to grant the offcourse approval.
