sec.105 Ending show cause process without further action
If, after considering the submissions for the show cause notice, the commission no longer believes a ground exists to cancel the racing bookmaker’s licence, the commission must— take no further action about the show cause notice; and give a notice to the licence holder that no further action is to be taken.
- (a) take no further action about the show cause notice; and
- (b) give a notice to the licence holder that no further action is to be taken.
