95 Chair and Deputy Chair (1) The Minister must, by Gazette notice, appoint the Chair and Deputy Chair of the Tribunal. (2) The following persons are eligible to be appointed under subsection (1): (a) a Supreme Court Judge; (b) a Local Court Judge; (c) a legal practitioner.
