92Powers of Tribunal

92 Powers of Tribunal (1) Subject to this Act, the Tribunal has the power to do anything necessary to perform its functions under this Act. (2) Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), the Tribunal has the following powers: (a) to regulate its affairs; (b) to hold hearings and establish procedures and rules for those hearings; (c) to exercise any other power given to the Tribunal under this Act.
