85 Decisions with no right of appeal Despite any other provision of this Act, no appeal may be made from a decision under any racing rules that: (a) imposes a fine not exceeding the amount prescribed by regulation; or (b) concerns the eligibility of an animal to race or the conditions under which an animal can race; or (c) disqualifies or suspends an animal from racing, except where that disqualification or suspension is combined with a penalty or other sanction imposed on a person; or (d) is not appealable under the applicable racing rules.
