84 Permitting unlicensed bookmaker at racecourse A race club commits an offence if: (a) it intentionally permits a person to be present at its racecourse; and (b) the person conducts the business of wagering and the race club is reckless in relation to that conduct; and (c) the person is not licensed to engage in that conduct and the race club is reckless in relation to that circumstance.
