42Guidelines

42 Guidelines (1) The Commission may make guidelines in relation to the operation and administration of this Act. (2) Without limiting subsection (1), the guidelines may relate to any of the following matters: (a) applications for registration for race clubs; (b) applications for licences; (c) the obligations of race clubs and licensees and their agents and employees under this Act; (d) compliance with and enforcement of this Act; (e) complaints and disciplinary actions under this Act. (3) The Commission must ensure that any guideline made under this section is published.
