37 Loss of identity card (1) An inspector who loses an identity card must, in writing, report the loss to the Director. (2) The Director may issue an inspector a replacement for a lost identity card if satisfied that the inspector took reasonable steps to recover the lost card. This could be done on the basis of the inspector's statutory declaration.
