311Racing Appeals Tribunal

311 Racing Appeals Tribunal (1) The Racing Appeals Tribunal established under section 145F of the repealed Act continues as the Northern Territory Racing Appeals Tribunal established by section 90 of this Act. (2) A person holding office as a member of the Racing Appeals Tribunal immediately before the commencement, continues as a member of the Northern Territory Racing Appeals Tribunal on the commencement in accordance with the terms and conditions of the person's appointment. (3) Any acts done and matters under consideration by the Racing Appeals Tribunal that were not determined under the repealed Act before the commencement are to be determined by the Northern Territory Racing Appeals Tribunal in accordance with the repealed Act as if it were not repealed. (4) Any rules of procedure of the Racing Appeals Tribunal under the repealed Act, in force immediately before the commencement, continue as if made by the Northern Territory Racing Appeals Tribunal under section 92(2)(b) of this Act.
