308 Annual fee (1) A person who held a betting exchange licence or sports bookmaker licence immediately before the commencement must pay the annual fee applicable under section 142 of this Act to the equivalent licence if the person has not paid the annual licence fee payable under section 24(5) of the repealed Act during the 12 months prior to the commencement. (2) The fee must be paid no later than 28 days after the commencement.
