296 Evidence of giving, receiving or paying money or other valuable thing The giving, receiving or paying of money or other valuable thing is evidence of the commission of an offence against this Act by a defendant if the court is satisfied that: (a) the money or other valuable thing is given to or received or paid by the defendant or a person on behalf of the defendant; and (b) the circumstances in which the money or other valuable thing is given, received or paid raise a reasonable suspicion that the money or thing was given, received, or paid contrary to this Act.
